A copy of the 1974 Platoon
278's Red Graduation Book was recently acquired by this web site, through an eBay auction. It apparently belonged
to a recruit named Vernon Rodney Jones. Some of the home states are shown
next to the names where Jones knew them. Do you know Vernon Jones?
Is he still alive? Why/How did he come to part with his book?
