1975 PLT 239

Up

Sgt. Mike,

Attached find a roster of Marines from Platoon 239, Second Battallion,
Graduated on June 24, 1975 at Parris Island.

I got these directly from my old platoon book which I keep at my desk
at work at CompUSA in Salem, NH.

If you will note, a second Senior Drill Instructor. GySgt Stebinski went
through a good portion of the platoon before going to the Inspection Team,
so I included him as he took part in molding me into a United States Marine. The ones with the states listed are the only ones I know. The MA guys from Massachusetts are the guys who went with me and ones that I personally
talked into going into the Marines. I would appreciate it if you could include
us on your web site. Perhaps this may be a way to get a reunion going
sometime.

You can use my below email address for anyone who may comment or
try to contact any of us as I will do any research in getting hold of my
platoon brothers. Thanks very much for everything and you have a great
web site.

Sincerely,
      Timothy J. "Saddleback Mac" McCarthy
